I would highly recommend Chris to family and friends to manage their home buying/selling positive experience. She knows the market place, is a true negotiator with your best interest in the forefront. She is a devil when it comes to details during the negotiating process and at closing time. She made darn sure during the inspection process to be present and those things which needed repair got repaired by the best, experienced contractors, and she was relentless! She has a calming nature about her which sure can be helpful because buying and selling can be stressful and make us a little crazy. She will 100% represent me on my next selling/buying home experience.
